“I am beyond frustrated writing this, but the experience my husband and I just had with a Vrbo property in Reading, Pennsylvania demands your immediate attention. The listing was blatantly misleading. Not “slightly off.” Not “a little different.” Completely misleading. When we arrived, the exterior of the property looked like something out of a neglected, abandoned site—run-down, poorly maintained, and frankly embarrassing to even pull up to. It immediately created concern, discomfort, and a strong……

“Our recent stay was fabulous. The location in downtown Ephrata was excellent, near many places to shop and eat. Walmart and Giant Grocery store were nearby. The apartment itself had much larger rooms than they appear in the photos. Recently completely remodeled with all high-end finishes. Immaculately clean, and I am real fussy. The decor is modern yet comfortable. Our host was so easy to work with and was in touch with us promptly when we had any questions.”

“This property is one of our favorites places to stay. We have stayed in another unit previously and we loved that as well. Great communication with the host and very clean and well maintained. The only thing that would make the bathroom slightly better, is multiple hooks for the towels. There is no lid on the toilet seat in order to place a towel there, and the only single hook is on the door. A second towel hook would very helpful.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at “The Haven on Meadow Lane” in Smoketown. The apartment was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The hosts have planned the space perfectly with attention to every detail! Rosetta was very cordial, friendly, and available to answer any questions. Even though close to many Lancaster attractions, the street was calm and quiet. Sitting on the porch in the evening and a short walk through the neighborhood were relaxing activities. “There are so many bits and pieces of this property that we want to keep in our memories: *Our kind and sweet hosts. They are a large Mennonite family with a working farm. *Their animals on the farm - cows, goats, dogs, cats, birds, ducks, and occassionally rabbits.*Their corn day. I invited myself to join their corn harvest and they were very welcoming. The children were so delightful and kept me companied for the entire morning. *The fresh milk, the home-made bread, the butter, and the eggs……
