“The property is clean it has a lovely view. We will stay again when the weather is nicer. The only complaint I have, it is not really a complaint, but the front door does not close properly, but maybe due to all the rain/moisture. But we loved it here”

“Beautiful place, peaceful surroundings, with great views. This property lives up to its name, "Deer Haven Lodge". Deer roam the grounds freely. The house is cozy, well maintained and organized, and has beautiful decor. The owner provided necessary information, and we were able to communicate with her throughout our stay. We had a great time. Thank you!”

“We really enjoyed ourselves! The property is perfect for relaxing, loved the screened in porch overlooking the river!!! Even when it was chilly ( did mIt’s close to all the lake placid attractions y morning yoga out there… we enjoyed the fire pit outside, the sauna was awesome!!! All the furniture was comfy, and kitchen was well appointed ( we did a lot of cooking!”

“This house was perfect for our party of 7. Spacious and comfortable for all. Very secluded and quiet area. A short drive to Lake Placid Olympic museum and arenas. We also stopped at the ski jump area and watched the young jumpers practice. Highly recommend! Check out Emma’ Lake Placid Creamery. Excellent!”

“This was a perfect home for our family of 6 (plus a dog) to relax at while visiting family nearby. We had all the amenities we could need and then some. We loved the outdoor area for yard games, wildlife watching, and time around the fire pit. Fadi was an extremely friendly host who was always available when needed. There were a couple of unseasonably hot days forecasted during our stay and Fadi reached out ahead of time to offer extra A/C units if needed. We will stay here again! ”
