“The view of Lake Champlain is beautiful. We really liked the breakfast to go bar. Only one complaint. There were flies buzzing around room one. The windows were closed, but we could not see where they were coming in from.”

“Even though the property is on a main rd, the location is good. The property was clean and fully stocked for all your needs. Can’t predict weather so unable to use the barbecue and fire pit. AC and TV channels came in handy. Overall great stay”

“The interior was beautiful even with the little beetle issue! With it being chilly out it would have been nice if the heat was at least set on low 64ish because it was very cold at arrival. Was an extremely peaceful place except for when the train went by. Having brochures to look at was helpful. My family & i felt there was alot of dpace, just wish we would have brought wood for the fire pit outside or had access to wood. Honestly we were hoping it was closer to aspects in Vermont but were……

“Very comfortable and cozy for our family, with many separate spaces as well as plenty of room to gather. Huge kitchen, wonderful deck with hot tub, fireplace, and tables, and lovely bedrooms. David's VRBO is prefect for any family get together and the description and accommodations were spot on.”

“Wonderful mountain retreat away from everything, thebpoctires really dont do it justice. We went for a couple days for our anniversary. The host is on property if you need anything, but you'll barely see him. We'd definetly stay here again. Check out the Veterans Memorial Highway, and the Country Bear diner.”

“Our stay worked out just fine. The bathroom was large and well lighted for the size of house. The kitchen was well stocked. The bath linens were of high quality. More towel racks for the kitchen and bath would have been nice. It is a TINY house so expect to feel a little cramped at times, especially if the weather is bad and you cannot enjoy the spacious outdoors. When you setup the futon as a bed there is no space to sit and watch TV. There was plenty of room for parking and we felt very safe……
