The host is on property if you need anything, but you'll barely see him. We'd definetly stay here again. Check out the Veterans Memorial Highway, and the Country Bear diner.”

“Our stay worked out just fine. The bathroom was large and well lighted for the size of house. The kitchen was well stocked. The bath linens were of high quality. More towel racks for the kitchen and bath would have been nice. It is a TINY house so expect to feel a little cramped at times, especially if the weather is bad and you cannot enjoy the spacious outdoors. When you setup the futon as a bed there is no space to sit and watch TV. There was plenty of room for parking and we felt very safe……

“We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Shannon’s “Home Away From Home”! We were in town for a graduation ceremony and this was the perfect choice! There are a lot of thoughtful touches that show that the hosts really went the extra mile. The beds are large and very very comfortable. There’s great toiletries to use, and the kitchen was SO well stocked. Bonus points for a pet friendly home. Our little dog had a great time running around in the yard. “The interior was beautiful even with the little beetle issue! With it being chilly out it would have been nice if the heat was at least set on low 64ish because it was very cold at arrival. Was an extremely peaceful place except for when the train went by. Having brochures to look at was helpful. My family & i felt there was alot of dpace, just wish we would have brought wood for the fire pit outside or had access to wood. Honestly we were hoping it was closer to aspects in Vermont but were……
