“Parking for my friend and I’s vehicles was easy. The wifi connection and reception in general was extremely poor, although the hosts were proactive about it. The grass area for the dogs was a little awkward as the kids played on it and vehicles parked there. Otherwise, the place was very nice and we slept very good on the bed and couch bed. The bathroom was really nice and wish I had more time to use the cool tub. The TVs were also really nice.”

“Check in was quick and easy and Gurggen was quick to respond to my questions. House was extremely clean and well stocked. ”

“Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing……

“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”
