“Caravan was very clean and had a lovely homey feel to it. Everything you need for a break, making for a very comfortable stay.
The site itself is nice, great play park for younger kids
We didn't purchase the passes for swimming or the arcades/entertainment, but any onsite staff we met were very helpful and friendly.”

“What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space.
Linda was quick to contact me as soon as the booking went through, requesting my preferences for milk and bread - so thoughtful.

“The bungalow was well appointed and clean.
However the bathroom had some mould on the tiles, and on the non slip bath mat .
Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.
We were really pleased to be moved there after the flat we had booked was dirty and stank of cigarette smoke.
That flat should not be on your books.”

“You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. It certainly won't be our last visit.”

“We booked this spacious and comfortable bungalow for our Christmas break. It was ideally situated to visit sights such as Uppark, Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst, Pulborough and Chichester - all within ,30 minutes drive. We were privileged to attend Christmas Eucharist at Chichester Cathedral which made our Christmas Day.

“My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Tern Cottage. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need for a longer stay (washing machine was particularly useful). We also had mid stay housekeeping which we were very impressed with.
The location of the Cottage is extremely close to all the shops, seafront, park and train station.
Any queries we had were dealt with very promptly by the owner Kristin. She was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here whether short or……
