"This is such a great hotel. The rooma are small, but that's the only small minus. Everything else is wonderful--the breakfast, staff, location, bars (rooftop and next to the lobby), and dinner at the restaurant. We loved it and will definitely stay here again."

"We had a superior King room which I'm glad we did as it wasn't particularly big bur was quite quirky, bed was comfortable and huge, breakfast was superb and Hotel was very central my only gripe was the lifts of which there are 4, one is used expressly for staff, one was broken during the whole of our stay (5 days) and one of the remaing 2 broke which left one lift for a hotel with 13 floors"

Excellent location for exploring Gamla Stan, historical attractions public transport, walks by the water. Shopping malls, restaurants and lots of little city gardens, for cooler shaded breaks.
The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. My room and facilities were clean, comfortable, quiet and safe.
My breakfast was included and it was amazing with great choice, and although no real veiws in it's side street location, it was still pleasant to be able to choose to have an outside table.
I purchased the little teddy bear (it's a nice touch that they place one in every room) as the money goes to charity 😊
I highly recommend Freys and hope to return in the future-- 5* in my opinion "

"Excellent location, 15-20 min. walking distance to Gamla Stan (Old Town) and Central Station, very close to many dining options (they have a pizza place in front of the hotel), 7 minutes walk to the National Library (Kungliga biblioteket) and to bus and subway stops. Room was very clean and they even had a portable fan in the room, since it was a hot day in Stockholm! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Best breakfast we've ever had! The breakfast is perfect and serve all wishes. The room was perfect clean.
They have an option not to change the sheets - what's a good idea to save the environment, but on the other hand, the change always the towels. Maybe the can change to the international standard to change the towels only when they are on the floor.
The fish and chips are good. Just the chip was a bit try and came without ketchup.
And everybody was always friendly. I would heartily recommend this hotel. "

"What a gem! Stylish, clean, comfortable & fabulous breakfast! Gym has a squat rack and there’s a sauna. Front desk staff super helpful. I rented one of their bikes and it was my best day in Stockholm. They have a wonderful patio bar area where they show soccer games and it’s a total vibe!"
