"The kitchen had bugs infested in leftover food in the cabinets. Cooking utensils, and pots had food, residue. There were multiple holes in the walls throughout the house, leaving electrical wiring exposed, which a kid could grab onto. The master toilet did not flush. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathrooms. The washer and dryer were totally unusable and filled with mold and sand. There was water pouring into an open pipe every 20 minutes that made it impossible to sleep in the master...

"My family and I rented this property for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and yard were wonderful. My dogs loved playing ball in the yard and the home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Conveniently located to Sea Isle, Avalon and Stone Harbor there was plenty of fun things to do without having to go very far. The property owners were fabulous and so quick and responsive. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"This place is located steps to the boardwalk and beach. Perfect if you are traveling with older adults. Living area and bedrooms are roomy. The two car garage is a plus. We had to contact the host who was quick to respond and resolve our issues. Overall, our experience with this property was good and I would stay there again."
