I contacted the person in charge, but he promised to inform his team member and never reached back to me. The room was freezing cold, with an outside temperature of 30 degrees. The room was also dirty, and the bathtub and shower curtain had mold. All the reviews are from the same person, which is why the hotel has a 7-star rating.. The only positive aspect was the communication with them and flexibility for the check in. Everything else was Disappointing."
