We had a small issue with the heat that we probably caused, and host came right away and left us a treat for the hassle. “The place was very clean and comfortable. As for staff we didnt see anyone. It didnt have a TV, we didnt know until the day before, we had to take our shoes off at the bottom of the stairs, not horrible, it was as if we could have no noise for the tenants below. A breaker flipped in the morning when we turned on coffee maker, i alerted the landlord at 730am, we got back at 5ish and nothing was done.
