Hotel is great. All was fine.. besides one thing and it’s the pool. We did expect crowds on Sunday and we also expected no crowds on Monday. And indeed Sunday was overcrowded with a sign that they can’t accept guests of members. Monday pool was not crowded at all. What made the whole experience terrible is unsupervised teens and preteens behaving awfully. They climbed on top of each other screaming on top of their lungs, wild games with splashing that made it impossible to use pool peacefully. There were no adults visibly present and they just did what they wanted. Pool guard said nothing the whole time until I lost my patience and asked him if he is going to stop this. When he adressed all became immediately quiet .
