“What a great location. Lovely neighborhood to walk the doggies, two great parks with playgrounds within walking distance, and beautiful ocean and mountain views. Nice places to visit close by, like “ A Sacred Space” and “Godmothers”, and good eats all around.”

“Nice place in the beach town of Summerland. It was conveniently located to Santa Barbara and Goleta, where I was visiting my daughter at the university. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, with good communication from the host. Would stay again.”

We had a great time walking down the street to the Summerland Cafe, Rusty’s Pizza and Lookout Park. My family of 4 fit just right in the apartment. D’Arcy left many great snacks and sent us a few messages with helpful information. We would definitely recommend her place to others. ”
