Great location Nice small hotel with a great location. Room was very small which was ok but would not want to share with another person. No AC which shouldn’t be a problem for most of the year, I hit it on a very hot day. Clean room. Overall nice stay.

Had a great stay at the Brisas!The Brisas is in close proximity/walking distance to an array of Santa Barbra activities. Sam at the front desk was very knowledgeable of great restaurants, as well as The Funk Zone Area. He also upgraded our room to one of the best suites in the entire hotel. Great hotelYou will need a car or use Lyft to get around, but it was worth it to us. Staff was great, amenities were really good, room was very big. Lyft cost us about $7-8 each way to harbor, State St., etc.
