“We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us! ”

“What a beautiful quaint property. Our stay was so comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. A quick car or uber ride to downtown Santa Barbara and very close to Montecito shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pat! ”

“My dad and I attended my cousin's wedding. The location of the home was great. The only issues I had but did not affect our stay was that the door lock did not work when we were leaving and parking was a small issue. My dad can't walk that far and if parking wasn't available outside the front gate we had to work around that issue. But most of the time parking was available. Communication with the owner was great and the owner was responsive. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“We stayed here for Presiden't day weekend and it was really great - you can not beat the location, right on the beach and close to downtown Montecito. You can also walk to the Rosewood, which is just gorgeous. We got a day pass for the pool one day and walked down from the bungalow. The only critique I would have is get rid of the 1-ply toilet paper! For a place this nice (and expensive) I would appreciate a nicer toilet paper experience ;) We will definitely come back!”

“We had a great time at this property. Very clear and modern great jacuzzi easy to use. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery. We had a couple issues figuring out all the tech on the house and the repair guy came quickly Nd showed us. ”

“This house had everything we needed! Kids were so excited about all the fun toys included. I was excited it had 2 sets of washers and dryers. Easiest checkin and checkout! Very close to beach!”

“My wife and I spent the weekend in SB and were lucky to stay in this beautiful house. The location is unbeatable, right on the ocean and walking distance to shoreline park, and the mesa. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. The first night we enjoyed BBQing and relaxing on the back patio and in the hot tub. The second night we walked towards downtown and had drinks and dinner in the funk zone. The owners of the property were very nice and helpful which made our stay...

Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for a perfect relaxing stay. We have 2 families share the space and it was well designed with an upstairs and downstairs suite. I think the hot tub needs a new cover, but it was an otherwise perfect stay.”
