"We stayed here with our three year old and he absolutely loved it...feeding the donkeys, plunging in the cold pool, and soaking in the hot tub. The trail was great for a morning walk and plenty to do/see nearby. When he's older we would bring our bikes for sure."

"Property is owner-owned and managed in a nice and quiet neighborhood in the Santa Barbara Hope Ranch Annex area. Owners are on property and communication, via the VRBO app and phone was excellent. The vibe is almost spa like, loved the decor. Great amenities: like soaps, shampoos, lotion etc. Healthy snacks and minibar provided for a fee. Free-standing AC unit in the bedroom and ceiling fan in the living area, kept the property cool. We loved being able to access the Obern pedestrian/bike path...

"We were super impressed by this vacation rental in Carpinteria! Clean, airy, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is awesome--less than a mile to downtown and just a quick drive down to Santa Barbara. Easy check-in and check-out process too. Definitely recommend!"

"Really cool place for a multi day trip, with a private outdoor sapce to enjoy Santa Barbara's vegetation and fresh air. A car is needed o enjoy the city.the beach,es downtown and all is within 15 minutes or less. I would rent again anytime."
