“The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was in the perfect location! The property manager was very attentive and answered any questions we had!”

“Had a great family stay! Manager was very responsive to the one issue we had with hot water and fixed quickly. The property was clean overall but floors need a good cleaning (my feet got dirty inside the house). Location is excellent for walking to the beach, zoo, and state street. Downside is the noise from being right next to the train tracks and freeway. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was a perfect haven in an excellent location, quick drive to Santa Barbara, also easy to get to Carpenteria/Ventura. Highly recommend. ”

“Close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and especially the area of State St. where most of the activities are. Home is an older home that has been updated and provides more seclusion than a hotel. Full refrigerator and kitchen and two bathrooms help when multiple occupants are trying to get ready at the same time. I would definitely use it again and owner is very accommodating!”

“Check in was seamless. The space was clean and larger than expected based on the photos. The kitchen is on the small side but serviceable (and the space in the main room makes up for that). Some traffic noise as it's on a busy street, but not an excessive amount. Barely noticeable with windows closed. The host is kind and communicative.”
