Summit Ski Area Tours

Upon arrival I had to wait while the desk attendant discussed a mishap with the cleaning staff. I was told “just a minute” twice. Shouldn’t customers come first and shouldn’t these issues be discussed away from the front desk? Room was clean but mattress dipped to one side. The next morning we went down to breakfast at 8:20 and there was no food left. Had to go across the street and spend $25+ to get something to eat. We have stayed here multiple times but the property has deteriorated and these issues were unacceptable. Won’t come back.
