“This was a comfortable stay for us. The unit is spacious and has everything you need. The listing doesn't mention that the sofa in the living room is a pull-out, but it is. This was great for us.The balcony is really nice and you can sit out there and watch birds and the sunset and the river. It's an easy walk to the beach/prom along 12th ave. Although you can walk to broadway, for us we mostly drove to broadway and parked and then walked around town from there.Everything worked at the...

“This is a nice place. Great location, easy walk to the beach, close to restaurants & grocery stores, very quiet. We arrived exactly at check-in time, and the housekeeper appeared to be right in the middle of cleaning up after the previous guests. It wasn’t a big problem, just headed to the beach for an hour, then came back, and the room was ready.The place could use a bit of a deeper cleaning, but other than that, had a very enjoyable stay, hope to return in the future.”

Unit was on first floor, definitely could hear neighbors running around upstairs, but wasn't too disruptive. King bed is very soft. Otherwise nice gated building, unit is very cute and furnished well. Check in was very easy.”
