The place is nice and convenient , but for the price you pay they should refill the coffee for free instead of trying to charge you for more even when you stay for 10 days! If you stay 1 night they provide 4 coffee capsules, we stayed 10 days and were told they only provide 4 capsules per stay! After that they want you to pay $1 per capsule! What is that??? Not fair or good business sense!
This lack of basic service lets down the whole company and leaves a bitter taste in our mouths.

I would note that the shower is extremely compact so taller/larger people may have difficulties with it; my daughter and I are both under five feet and found it a little cramped while my tall husband opted to skip it during our two nights ..."

"Everything was absolutely great.They really need to have at least a 1/2 bath on the main floors as it's inconvenient for seniors to take stairs at night to use the bathroom.Other than that minor issue ...I would highly recommend this host and VRBO."
