"El hotel esta bonito, a la hora de la llegada en la recepción tardan mucho para registrarte y dar indicaciones, no hablan inglés y es difícil comunicarse, la cena es a cierta hora y mientras te toca no hay nada de comer, hay un guest lounge que no hay nada, solo café jugos y cacahuates. En la cena mi esposa se enfermó con los alimentos crudos y la pasó muy mal toda la noche. "

"The staff is attentive and the onsen is very relaxing. The hotel sometimes feels like a maze. Even though it said on its website that they had a SPA continuously, it was closed for the day we went (tuesday); double check that. The buffet breakfast is definitely worth taking. The walks around the hotel and next to the lake will show you beautiful sights. Walking distance to the waterside shrine and the Laketown. "

"Excelente hotel con una vista increíble al Monte Fuji, el desayuno muy bueno y sobre todo tiene de todo, desde que uno llega el staff nos recibio de una forma muy cortez y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas, el restaurante italiano Macaroni tiene una gran comida si chef se preocupa por todos los detalles y la comida es 10 de 10."
