“We paid for the suite for a king size bed and non-smoking room. When we checked in the room was hot and the air was not blowing cold air. We were then moved to a 2nd room and the room was hot but after they turned the air on it had colder air. We were then moved to a 3rd room with 2 queen beds that was already cooled down and the air worked all night thankfully. The cleanliness of the tub was not great and water was slow to drain. It sounds like we weren't the only ones having trouble with hot……
