“The hotel is poorly cleaned. We booked because it was close to the softball fields. The hotel sheets had stains on them. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed the beds didn’t have the bed covers on them and the mattress was disgisting. I do not recommend booking this hotel. They did give me money back thankfully. The front desk was helpful.”

“I often stay at cheaper hotels when I'm travelling but this was certainly an outlier. When I checked in, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I went to call the front desk but the room phone unplugged with no cord to use in sight. The bed was fine, but it was clear that the room had not been cleaned in quite some time - the headboard was dusty, the shower didn't drain well. The bolts on the door's latch lock were loose and the ceiling sheetrock was sagging as if there was water damage. For……

“The smell of the hotel wasn’t great and then the room was even worse. The AC was set to 62 so it was very cold. Everything was very dated and worn down. The carpet throughout seemed dirty”
