"We loved our stay! Our room was excellent, beds were comfortable and the room was dark at night. Claytona was a lovely host who made yummy and filling breakfast. The porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the hummingbirds."

"Day’s Inn, generic hotel, a step up from motel 6. Average at best. Cheaper than other hotels in area. Continental breakfast okay.. one waffle maker with a line.. coffee not very good but Starbucks across the street. Microwave and mini fridge in room. Reasonably clean, with some off smells in hallways/room. Deodorizer not much better than whatever it’s covering up.. no AC in the hallways, which I’m sure contributes to the off scents. August 21-23.. I’ll probably spend a few more dollars for a better hotel next time I’m in the area, but it’s a decent place to stay for a few nights if your just looking for a place to crash."

"Very nice stay. The hotel has been recently redone and the lobby and rooms were all very nice. We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a spacious living area and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom was also pretty spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return."

"Claytonna, and Dave were great hosts. The entire house, room, common area, and property were super clean, and the breakfast was awesome ! We stayed in the Hummingbird Room, and it lived up to its name. Each morning, we sat on their deck drinking coffee and watched at least 10 hummingbirds buzz in, and out of the feeders that they had. Also had rabbits in the yard. Very impressed, and highly recommend this location."

"The listing is grossly understated, the place is huge, extremely clean, loaded with creature comforts. Seemed small in the listing, far from the case. Has a different but awesome layout. Tons of watercraft, great private lake. Can't wait to go back."
