Room and structure as a whole is a tad run down, however; beds are comfy and the room was quiet. Breakfast, which is included, was yummy and staff were attentive during the meal. Overall this is a 2-3 star motel, somewhat a budget establishment, in a great location, that enables easy walking access to Sydney’s offerings.

It looks renovated, but it’s mostly just a new coat of paint. The trim doesn’t hit the floor, there’s gaps around all the fixtures, and the whole place had an off smell. Felt safe and it was clean enough.

The room was small. I paid for a queen bed but the bed was a double. The tv didn’t work. The hallway had a horrible smell. The breakfast was good, people were nice.

Room was very dated. Hallways smelled musty. Carpets in the common areas was very worn down and didn't appear very clean. Parking was good and we had room for our car and trailer. Hotel is close to downtown to walk and go to restaurants

Staff was always helpful. But the room had an open fire detector missing a battery, and a hold bar resting on the bathroom floor. Some wiring had just been done, and there was a mistake with it. The power to the outlets to charge our phones, turned off when we turned the lights off. They promised to fix it. Its a comfortable place with a tasty restaurant.

TV didn't work properly. Room was really small. Hardwood floor was missing under the bed area. That's unacceptable. Bathroom was small but clean and 4 star. Restaurant was very good. Service was 4.5 star The meal was 4 star.

Fabulous restaurant. Best seafood pasta on the trip. Check-in was quick and efficient. Those will mobility issues should make sure they ask for first floor as there is no elevator.

I liked the location, absolutely beautiful! Needs better care regarding cleanliness. Breakfast was very disappointing, many of us customers waited long for food to be replenished because the warmer trays were empty. The young lady serving was polite but the gentleman working in the kitchen was very rude when asked for something. The cleanliness was terrible condition. Very disorganized.
