"El lugar estuvo magnífico , pero el servicio de un señor asiático q está encargado del check in fue muy malo , al llegar el día del cumpleaños de mi esposo quisimos reservar para cenar y nos dijo q no era necesario y en la noche cuando llegamos no tuvimos mesa y sin ninguna explicación nos dijo q no tenía disponibilidad a pesar q nos dijo q no era necesaria la reserva , el día de nuestra salida tuvimos un problema con el pago y quisimos preguntar y el mismo señor me dijo q me llamaría de vuelta con respuesta y me atendió muy mal por teléfono sin darme ninguna explicación , hasta el momento no se si mi pago fue doble , "
