“after paying a luxurious price for a luxurious overwater bungalow, we were then informed the resort does not offer room service, even to those who pay 1k+ a night for a luxury experience. nor did we have direct water access from our balcony, and then the public water access ledge didn’t even have a ladder so when the tide is low good luck getting up! the next morning we got up for breakfast and walked to their buffet, just to be told “the room we booked doesn’t include breakfast you can enjoy……
