“La relación calidad-precio de esta propiedad es muy deficiente. Las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas para catalogarse como «deluxe» y no destacan por su limpieza; además, los baños son bastante reducidos e incómodos. Definitivamente, el establecimiento no cumple con los estándares de un «hotel boutique». El servicio fue contrastante: la atención del personal durante el check-in fue deficiente y poco amable. En cambio, el personal del turno nocturno y el equipo del desayuno brindaron un trato……

“Wonderful place and accommodation. Mascota is a nice place to visit if you’d like to experience a different side of Mexico. There are quite a few good places to eat authentic mexican food. Cristina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area; offering a few local drinks and tequila. Thanks again, it was a pleasure to meet you. ”

“Beautiful gardens and pool, very clean, good AC, simple accomodations. Short walking distance to beach, zoo, bus stop , and tours. I didn't notice other hotels this close to everything that weren't huge resorts. Great location as it was much quieter and natural than PV yet a short bus ride away from the city. The beach was gorgeous and fun. Sometimes loud at night due to neighborhood music playing. Gracias !”
