“I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service. This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? ”

“Incredible property -- unique, charming, modern, clean. Surprisingly good location despite being up a hill (use the secret staircase at the bottom to walk into town).”

“Fantastic stay at the Paramar. Top notch service and hotel. The staff were so lovely. Shout out to the lovely dining room ladies who went above and beyond. Brisa was so lovely and kind. If you are done with the all inclusives, this is a great option. Warm breakfast (ours was included in our stay) and a roof top bar and cafe for when you need a little something in the afternoon but don't want a full meal. Staff at the bar cater to your every need and are fun! Proximity to the Malecon - not too……
