“Everything was great. Clean rooms, Everything in the room worked and clean pool. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food was great. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Rooms were not cleaned once during our five day stay. I had requested a lower floor due to disabilities and was put on the 4th floor, no elevators. When questioned the staff replied that requests are suggestions only, they don't have to accomodate, and wouldn't. Parking was extremely limited, our car was blocked in and we did not have access to it for the first 3 days there. I would not recommend this hotel”

“The resort was great. The lounge chairs in the sun terrace room were pretty worn down. And the sports bar is NOT included in the all inclusive option and you couldn’t bring drinks in from other spots.”
