Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Amphitheater.

We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. We had a great time. The home was beautiful and had ful amenities. It was wonderful just socializing with our friends instead of being in separate motel rooms. Thank you for sharing you home with us. We will definitely book again the next time we go to Tampa (if available).

Clean safe great location
Perfect property for the horse show. We were at at the fairgrounds. Literally less than five minutes to get to the show or come back to rest or grab food. Maria was wonderful to work with easy communication. The home is exactly as it’s described. very clean and nice amenities. The neighborhood is a little rough. However, all families and we did feel safe. Would say Maria‘s house is probably the nicest home on the block.

Overall Great Experience !!
This is a nice home that was perfect for my family. The inside of the home is beautiful and there is lots of yard space. The neighborhood isn’t the best but everyone seem to stay to themselves and we did not have any problems. The only recommendation I would make is changes to the cameras. Safety is important and I’m sure it’s to monitor the home when the property is occupied and unoccupied. However, it’s a tad bit uncomfortable when barbecuing out back with family or on the Porch playing family games with a camera pointing directly at you. I’m sure they’re there for all the right reasons but it just makes it uncomfortable when utilizing the outside common areas. I would suggest to reposition them. The hosts are very sweet & accomodating. We apprecite being able to utilize your home during the holiday.

This a great little place close to the amphitheater. The neighborhood is a little rough, but this properly is renovated and very nice. We had a great stay.

Clean House and great location to ampitheather.
We stayed for one night while attending a concert at the ampitheather. The property was very clean and less than 5 minute drive to the concert. Maria was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay in the future.
