“Dont stay here! The place is nice inside, but if you want to sleep, dont stay here. Train tracks are a block away and blare their horns all night long. There were 3 trains alone from 1-1:30am. I asked to cancel my second night stay and get a refund due to the fact that this noise issue is not disclosed in the posting. The management company, Evolve, has been extremely dismissive and will only give me a refund worth 1/4 of the daily total, even though I gave notice, asked for a refund, and……

“The house was conveniently located in Olympia, and just 6 miles from the event that brought us to Olympia. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking for a family. We appreciated all the different ways to brew coffee too. However, we then discovered that we were right next door to the famous San Francisco Bakery - and we went there for cappuccino. The quality of the pots/pans was awful for what I paid for the rental fees and not much was provided for disposables like tissues, dish soaps. “Absolute Gem near the lake! While the location and cute caboose of a house was amazing to stay at, the Owner, Shannon was the Rock Star!! We had an extended stay of two week, she brought Fresh Linens and towels frequently and made sure the Trash was emptied regular twice a week. We had Fire wood, Charcoal Brickets and lighter fluid also. It was an amazing two weeks. Becky and Don,who run the Offut Lake resort were amazing.
