“Here is the listing of disappointments: 1. Credit has not been issued for the four nights that I turned back to the hotel. I was expecting three nights to be credited to my AMEX card, but they have NOT sent any credit to date. I left the hotel approximately Feb 19th 2. The hotel is very under staffed. There was little to no service available on a consistent basis on the patio, bar or restaurant. 3. The hotel is lacking funding and lacks any updates. Furniture like dresser did not have……

“The pool was kept very clean. The rooms were quite nice. Lots of hot water and great water pressure. There is a spa for massages and facials. I had a wonderful massage there at a great price. The staff were very accommodating though not many spoke very good English. All around it was a great stay 8/10. Be aware lots of Mexicans stay here.”

“Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!”

“We had an excellent stay at Dreams. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Our room was super clean and had lovely flowers on the bed each day. So many pools and yummy restaurants. So many fun activities and wonderful tours you can book.”

“No Air conditioning. There was a fan but it shook to an easy state. The noise from the city life was loud late as it is a touristy town. BUT The staff was friendly and had some good recommendations for local fare though it ended up being the most expensive meal of our trip. The pool was fun too. 3/5. ”

“La experiencia en si es muy gratificante ya el la mayoría del persal ofrece una atención excelente, la habitación es espaciosa completa y muy bien adaptanda pero lo único que podríamos poner como mejora en su establecimiento sería el aire acondicionado ya que el clima es muy fuerte y llega a ser un poco sofocante al momento no solo del transcurso del día si no en la noche, fuera de eso todo es perfecto en su mayoría.”
