“Estoy muy molesto con este hotel , en todos los hoteles que he estado en el pasado , nunca había tenido yo que llevarme mis maletas de mi cuarto solo porque no tenían quien me ayudara tuve que subir muchas escaleras cargando maletas.y cuando pedí mi carro me dijeron que no había quien me lo trajera y que yo tenía que ir al estacionamiento a agarrarlo con una muy mala actitud ,únicamente me dio las llaves la mujer del lobby yo creo que yo no debía de haber hecho eso. La atención al cliente fue……

“Everything about this place is excellent. Excellent staff excellent food great clientele lots of kids playing in the pool, but it shuts down at nine so it’s quiet fifth floor balconies overlooking the front are amazing for morning birding. Great bartender. Concierge very good. ”

“We had a great 11 day stay at Quinta Bella. Our room was a corner unit so we had ocean and jungle views. It was very clean, well appointed and the king size bed was very comfy. We both slept really well. Housekeeping staff work very hard in the heat and always engaged with us with a greeting and smile. Likewise for the front desk staff, restaurant staff and especially the young people serving drinks and food in the pool and beach area. So attentive and happy even with the long hours they work.……

“Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!”

“Estuvo bien yo me hospede en un bungalow y si ya le hace falta su mantenimiento en general, lo q no me gustó esq para llegar a la playa no está a 10 min sino q más tiempo y el camino para llegar está muy feo está alejado de las cosas y no encuentra uno buena comida y aparte cara para lo q es, no hay amenidades cerca a excepción del tour de visitar las bahías q nos recomendó la persona q nos atendió la verdad super recomendada”
