"We enjoyed our stay. It was very walkable and close to a lot of things including Broadway shows. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is it could use some updates. The couch is in rough shape and have multiple stains, the outlets were loose and the plugs kept falling out. "LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!! I interacted with reception I believe 3 to 4 times and it was very robotic, except for only one experience. Being across from Central Park was a game changer and ultimate New York experience. I read reviews about the elevators and it’s true, for whatever reason they just seem to be very slow, especially in the mornings before 10 AM. We had the AC unit in the room at 68 or 70 and it just never got cold but we were never uncomfortable, but we weren’t as comfortable as we could’ve been. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of five stars."
