Location location. The subway was a one minute walk from the front door. Desk staff were super friendly and attentive. We were always greeted coming and going. My only negative was that our room smelled a little musty. We were on the 2-at floor and the elevator was SUPER fast!! Would love to stay here again!
We loved the curtesy of the staff. Always helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect. subway station is in front of the hotel.. Room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff!. They even left a little birthday surprise for my son when they found out we were going to celebrate his birthday. He absolutely loved it. Clean and welcoming lobby , clean rooms.
Convenient parking garage close by that accepts oversized vehicles ( most family cars these days are considered oversized). Close walk to time square and Ballard park. They have complimentary bag storage for guests so you can check out and keep bags there for a few hours if you want to still spend time in city before heading home.
Cafe was clean and welcoming. Only disappointment is hot breakfast. If you grab continental and coffee there are nice selections. However if you like a hot breakfast like an egg sandwich or waffles I would suggest going to a diner or bakery close by. Those items are not prepared to order but just warmed up when ordered. Ours was still cold when we got it and all had to be re warmed.
Overall a great stay and would stay again when we go back to the city.
