The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. We arrived late due to the snow delaying us with blocked roads, and detours. The restaurant had closed, but they opened it up for us. The fish and chips were great. Great full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend the ...

Brilliant service, friendly staff, clean, well stocked room, bed wasn’t the comfiest for me but that’s a personal choice. As to be expected with a period property there are quirks, lots of creaky floorboards in our room but nt a lot could be done about this. Overall - fantastic!

The cottage was perfect and exactly how it Is shown. Only one small suggestion that there are a couple of teabags .. after a long trip through snow it would have been nice to have had a cuppa.. other than that I loved it..
