During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. The hotel staff takes the time to get to know you and make sure that you are enjoying...

Best experience of my life! This was my second time to visit the park, but this time I actually stayed at the Lodge as a guest. The first time I visited 5 years ago it was just for the day visit. And I am so glad I decided to stay overnight! You get an up close and personal experience with the elephants that I don't think you can find anywhere else in the world! The park is truly unique and a once in a lifetime experience. I even met Nigel Mason, the founder of the park who rescued these...

This spot was absolutely stunning for our stagecoach stay. They gave us breakfast in a cute little cooler each morning. It was quiet & relaxing… during the festival season it’s exactly what you’re after when you want down time.

Our stay was beyond amazing I celebrated my birthday at Ayung Resort the resort is a gem hidden 15 mins of central UBUD peaceful beautiful resort the resort is 5star hospitality we where only going to stay for 4nights and ended up for 8 nights! The free breakfast is great over looking the jungle the view is magical ! If you want to experience UBUD Ayung resort is a must ! Thank you to all the staff from Damian and Sonia

We stayed a week for our 25th anniversary. Perfect for that occasion. It would be inappropriate with children, infirm or elderly - stone stairs to anywhere, lots of quiet, mostly honeymooners. The staff made an effort to learn our names/circumstances and seemed sincerely invested in our good stay. Shout out to Mira. All day long, the cooked-to-order western and eastern food was amazing (the best/cheapest filet mignon you will find), and we especially enjoyed the included luxurious afternoon tea...

Beautiful property! Loved my stay here.

This is a beautiful hotel with welcoming staff and just outside the bustle of Ubud center. Wonderful spa and decor. Would stay here again.

This hotel was top notch from the very beginning! The staff is extremely welcoming and genuine, they truly want you to have a fantastic experience and learn about the Balinese culture. The accommodations were modern while maintaining a rustic and traditional charm. Overall, the hotel had an ambiance of total relaxation. The pool and spa were great. However, I have to say that the best part was the staff. And if you have the chance...no make time to take the complimentary Yoga classes. ...

Pramana Watu was amazing... truly a getaway and relaxing oasis. It looked just like the pictures, however the view is more breathtaking in person! The whole resort is incredible and has a wonderful staff to match it! All of the staff was so warm and friendly... we were there for our honeymoon and they made us feel so special! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy and enjoying themselves, very kind people. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly...

Great stay, friendly staff and comfortable and spacious rooms. Although the resort is small and boutique like, it makes up for it in terms of service, convenience and enjoyment.

Tejaprana was a small oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property was beautiful and really provided a sense of calmness and serenity. I enjoyed the fact that there were a limited number of villas, so you never felt like things were crowded or too many people. The staff were excellent and cared for all your needs, all while remembering your name every time they saw you. Those small customer service offerings make a huge difference and really what I have come to expect when...

This place was a dream, the staff is so friendly and the rooms are beautiful. I felt extremely safe being a woman of color on my first solo trip! The staff treats you like family .. definitely will be back here again.

Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.

Great experience, we will go back for sure! Great location away from Ubud Centre, but very convenient to go thanks to the free shuttle bus.

The property ground is beautifully lush and meticulously maintained, the main lobby is lofty and tastefully decorated with traditional Balinese aesthetics, the rooms are spacious and super clean with a cute cozy balcony, no weird smells at all, the staffs are amazing, so attentive and quick to meet your requests, the breakfast buffet and the restraunt has quality and delicious food both Balinese food and western food. We truly loved our stay here, if I were ever to come back to Bali, this is the...

I have never left 5 stars for every category on a review for a hotel ! Outstanding in everyway. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, knowledge, and happy. Separate cottage like rooms , beautiful grounds and pool. Will definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. We really liked the location; found it to be very walkable -- close to main shopping area, short walk to the Monkey Forest ... but on a quiet street. We stayed in the Bisma Jungle View room. Good amount of space and lovely balcony. Oddly placed bathtub in middle of room. The rooftop pool is a great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast included with our room was very good every day. We also enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea from 3-5...

We stayed in 3 different hotels while in Bali here, Hilton in Nusa Dua, and Villa Seminyak Estates and this was by far our favorite place and somewhere we definitely intend to come back to. The property is majestic and the staff are the best. Thank you for an amazing and memorable experience!
