“I have to give it to Ashley at the front desk she was so incredibly sweet and accommodating for us when we found a live German cockroach in our bed the very first night we were there. She deserves a raise for how well she handled it and ungraded us to a suite without an ounce of hesitation. This place is a DUMP. I won’t ever return because of it. But Ashley, go off sis. You’re the best.”

“Clean room, comfortable bedding and nice front desk associate. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that and I’m not too sure they actually refill the Dove soaps and shampoos with Dove product- did not smell or feel that way to me (I use them at home).”

“Room was nice and spacious. Wasn’t a big fan of all the little ants and the water takes a long time to heat up. Could use some better upkeep. Parking is terrible.”

“The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a……
