"The previous tenant had left some rotten food in the refrigerator. I contacted the owner and she took prompt action to remedy the situation by purchasing a new refrigerator. Althugh it did not make it during our stay, I was very impressed with the owner's action to insure our stay was as comfortable as it should be. I highly recommend this place and the value she offers. Will definitely stay there in the future."

"Our stay here was amazing. Everything was very clean. There were many extras. Plenty of outdoor seating. We had a blast. We did choose this house based on the fact that it was on the canal so we could do a little a fishing. That is what I would say was the only flaw to this place. Most of the canals in this area lead out to the open water but go some reason this canal is cut off from that so fishing is sparse. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Our host even gave us extra time to check out. I would definitely recommend this place to others. It’s beautiful and set up perfectly. "

"This is a lovely location on the Keys. The condo complex has a fantastic outdoor pool and sandy beach with covered seating areas and lounge chairs. Great for hanging out and relaxing. The 1-bedroom condo we rented suited our needs perfectly (married couple). We loved that it was quiet. Be sure to bring all food items you need for cooking. There are NO seasonings or condiments or basics for cooking--even no salt and pepper. The condo gets cleaned out quite well in-between guests. We would definitely stay here again."
