“Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell……

“The stay was very disappointing. The tub was dirty with hair in it, and the bathroom sink also had hair stuck in the stopper. The carpet and furniture had stains, and I even found an old spill under the couch that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The hot water pressure was extremely low, and overall the space just didn’t feel clean or comfortable. I didn’t even shower because the bathroom felt too unsanitary. The place did not feel like “home,” and the lack of cleanliness really affected the stay.”

“Incredible and beautiful apartment, just like in photos. Truly much better than I expected! very reasonable price point as well. Great neighborhood as well. Perfect for what I needed to visit Henry Ford hospital, which was just 15 min up the road. I could happily live here full time!”

“My stay here was wonderful. Had everything I needed. Felt safe. Not much to do within walking distance necessarily but I’d gladly stay here again!”
