“This hotel frim the moment you ascend the beautiful marble stepped entrance feels like a castle in the sky. It is first class finishing in everything they have done. The lobby is quietly elegant with wonderful staff. The rooms are extremely large with the highest quality lighting bedding and bathroom facility. “Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. “We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.”

“My cottage was very comfortable for the price I paid. It was clean and warm and the staff was more than curtious in every respect. I was offered tea and coffee, breakfast and fruit regularly. My host Joseph spoke English and assisted me with all my needs even sharing cake, conversation with good advice .”
