"Just what we needed. We were a family group visiting The Black Country Museum/Dudley Zoo and the location was great..just 10 min walk. Free parking and friendly staff/easy check in. Its not a luxury hotel (seemed to be a mix of worker's and tourists) but it was clean, and beds were comfy, water pressure in showers good. We had the suite which comes with 5 double rooms, two bathrooms and a living/kitchen area. Perfect for us...already looking to come back nearer Xmas. :)"

The bar staff and the staff that served us during the wedding breakfast were very professional and polite and really accomadating. The room was really clean and tidy and we had a very pleasant stay we would definitely recommend the hotel and we would love to stay again in the future."
