“Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue with this hotel is the management and their lack of support when problems arise. The internet was extremely slow and constantly disconnecting, making it almost impossible to work or even perform basic online tasks. Since reliable Wi-Fi was one of the reasons I chose this place, this was a major inconvenience. I reported the issue, but the management showed very little interest in helping or resolving the problem. What made the situation worse……

“The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. He also helped us get a taxi to the airport on a rainy day with busy traffic which was super helpful. The apartment is close to 2 subway stations where you can……

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Buenos Aires. The architecture is beautiful, with a classic belle epoque design that added a lot of charm and character to the overall experience. The location is excellent, conveniently close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The kitchen was well equiped and allowed me to buy some local fruits and snacks throughout the week. The service was also outstanding. Everything ran smoothly, and the staff ensured a comfortable……

“雖然入住前看評論理解是老飯店， 因為想體驗阿根廷的歷史感而選擇入住，但實際抵達後大大超越了我的想像…房間瀰漫著陳舊的味道，必須開床通風加上強一點的冷氣才能掩蓋。最讓我們無法接受的是，在清潔上非常不用心，桌上都是灰塵，椅子坐墊上污漬非常明顯，地上還有遺留小垃圾。 雖然服務跟早餐都還算不錯，附近環境也非常好（隔壁中國火鍋不錯吃，換錢也算划算方便） 但非常不推薦入住這家，市區還有很多更舒適又便宜的選擇… ”
