"Staff is amazing and accommodating, rooms are clean and perfect for a little getaway. Only downside is the pool area isn’t the greatest in Banff. If the pool were heated, I think it would be better, but otherwise absolutely love it here and we’ll be coming back for sure."

From the moment we arrived it was apparent that the hotel was in fact situated in as beautiful a setting as the on photos suggest and things only got better from there with customer service upon check-in, room finishing and thoughtful details, luxury spa/retreat-like amenities, and on-site dining options all exceeding our expectations. Simply put, an exceptional experience. Bravo to the team at Hotel Canoe & Sudden Sally! We can hardly wait to return. "
