"Room was nice and clean . The staff was helpful only complaint was that the pool was not heated and it was freezing felt like ice water "

"This location especially the rooms are dated and could use some upgrades. The entry door to room didn't close properly, thank goodness for deadbolt. The bathroom door didn't close at all. The bed was not comfortable, very stiff, thank goodness the pillows were nice and plush. The bathroom is decent with Dove brand toiletries so that was a perk as well as the morning complimentary continental breakfast. Other than that, I wont be staying here again :("

"The smoke alarms went off at 5:30 a.m. throughout the property. Only called the front office to see what was going on, someone answered the phone and said call the police they are chasing me. Obviously, we did not go downstairs to check out what was going on. 5 to 10 minutes later two fire trucks and three police. cars showed up. With our adrenaline rushing and everything going on, we never did get a chance to go back to sleep. When we talk to the staff at the front desk later that morning they never offered us a discount, a free room for the next night or anything else. All they said was sorry. We'll never stay there again!"

"Great location! Close to Old town and Pechunga Casino. Rooms were very nice and clean. Facility was very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. I would come and stay again soon!"
