"Clean but not as clean as our usual stays since Oct 25 to April 26 the cleaning has went down a bit the pool area has chipping paint not awful, the breakfast was good warm standard but nicely done well done sausage patties perfectly eggs gravy waffles it was all great the hot tub was nice inviting even with larger families playing all respectful people. Halls clean stairwell has broken shade cover needs repair windows need washed, lawn needs mowed, was a bit high but spacious great for dogs. It was still deserving of cleanish but not as clean as last October they need to do some deep spring cleaning baring the Laquinta name and the quality expected from them. My room did have mold under sink I did not report was staying one night, I am sure once they get to deep cleaning they'll catch that. I am still very satisfied with my one night trip this stay hope its cleaner next time. Staff were all friendly, checkin not as smooth as last time either but was still perfect example employee. Kind Courteous lady."

"I was booked to stay at oyo and upon arrival realized this is a weekly/monthly motel. A lot of sketchy people walking around and hanging outside their rooms. Couldn’t find an office. Eventually someone flagged me down from the quality inn to tell me to check in there. I asked the very nice desk man if I was able to switch hotels to the quality inn. It was $40 more but I would have gave him $100 more not to stay at oyo. The room at quality was clean. Bed was comfortable. Some wear and tear on furniture and bedding but I would put it worlds above oyo. I 100% do not recommend. I would have given all 1 stars if they couldn’t have transferred my reservation and the desk man wasn’t as nice as he was. "
