The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and everything it has to offer. What really stood out, though, was the service—especially from Rose. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by giving us food recommendations around the area. We ended up trying all of her suggestions, and every single place was amazing. It honestly made our trip even more memorable. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay and outstanding service made this hotel a great choice. I’d definitely recommend Hotel du LAC to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I had an excellent experience with the hotel staff—their courtesy and warm welcome truly stood out. They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. This property is a hidden gem! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. It was raining out and they accompanied each member in our group with an umbrella to our van. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was the perfect vibe with superb drinks, delicious food, along with a phenomenal view. There is an infinity pool as well. The spa was very relaxing and professional. 1.5 hour massage for USD35. Finally it is a great location in old city. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Hanoi House for drinks.
