The location was good and close to Zurich via train. The staff were available continuously to give advice and support with anything that I asked for, in particular directions around the city and good tours.

This hotel is in a great location and couldn’t be happier to have a Coop downstairs. It does get a bit loud at night because of the bars/clubs maybe wear ear plugs if you’re sensitive to that. My only real gripes were: they never once replenished my coffee or tea the week I was there and there was ...
