Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. I have video and photos. Also, no hot tub. This was a Christmas gift to each other. Our stay was under welming.

"This was once a grand hotel. It has the whole "Rat Pack" vibe. Honestly, old doesn't bother me, but the carpet was very dingy and rippled which seems like a safety/tripping hazard for some. The room was well-appointed. The tile work in the bathroom was in good condition and seemed above average. ..."
