"The property was magnificent, although communication received was abundant the details were great. We chose this property so we could take our small dog and we loved that we could do that. There was no trouble spared in terms of the little things like complimentary wine, Tim Tams, tea bags, sugar and toiletries etc. The beds and bedding let the property down. They were hard mattresses and bedding that had seen better days. We would absolutely stay there again IF the beds/bedding were changed."

"Amazing location and home, however AC wasn’t working downstairs and a fan in one of those rooms down there. Only a note was left about the AC. We weren’t notified earlier, we would have brought a fan. We had pregnant women sleeping and rusted fans which is unhygienic. It was 30 plus degrees and the girls had to sleep in the sofa bed and on the floor as the room was too hot. There was mould in one of the rooms. "The property was in good clean condition however they could pay more attention on it before check-in new guests. The toilet had no light fitted, we had booked for 6 people but the pillow and blanket was available for only 5 people."
