"Location was amazing, pool was great and room was well equipped. On the downside one (of 2) lifts was out of service, and our room TV didn’t work. Overall good value for the price though and I would stay again."

"I found check in hard. I called the day before to discuss check in late at night and I was told to just ring back on the night when I was there. If they had checked the booking and advised that I would need to do email verifications etc as I had not paid, I would have paid right away when talking on the phone the day before. It just was a stressful event that I was travelling for and which I did warn them in notes but otherwise it was perfect and no complaints."

"Had to leave 3 days early due to renovations below , excessive noise , fridge was leaking which caused me to slip over , unit wasnt cleaned before check in.cleaner rocked up once we already checked in , rusty table on the deck, fly screen full of dust . Emailed the office the day i left which was 4 days ago and still no email back would not recommend "

"No view, trees were blocking it..House was clean but a musky smell but that's ok. Had trouble with key pad as we didn't realise it was on the door. None of us had used it before. "
