Found this to be suitable for my needs, clean and easy to reach place. 5-10 min drive to the centre with lots of things to see and do close by. Rooms are small but they're cheap and comfortable, wash facilities are clean and adequate. Would use this place again.
Beautiful room, very special, a gem of a place. We will return.
David was extremely helpful when there was a glitch in the booking process. We thoroughly enjoy staying in these rooms, great location close to the city, all the facilities you could need. We look forward to a return visit.
City centre position with parking on site so everything is in easy walking distance . Comfortable room.
Great location within easy reach (walking) of Norwich town centre. Free parking. Very friendly staff. Stayed over Easter - we found an Easter egg outside our door in the morning - very unexpected and gratefully received and consumed
Very relaxing place to stay. Good food, lots of bar options and very child friendly (I don’t have any however there is a huge playroom). Really good room and comfy bed, with lots of small extras e.g. cold jug of water in the fridge. Only slight minus was the hot water from the sink which nearly scolded ...
A typical English B&B. Clean and nice. Quite noisy from the rooms above but overall very comfortable.
Even though this hotel was above a nightclub we were not disturbed by the noise. Very good position for football ground and all city attractions. Great value for money..
There were bugs in my bath tub every morning and evening. I was in the cottage rooms just away from the hotel and next to the carpark, breakfast spread was good though with prompt service.
