"Our first time to stay at Novotel and the location is ideal, just 10 min walk to Central Station. Its in the Passage, so super convenient to all shopping areas of the Hague. Great breakfast! When we first arrived I thought the room was a but small bc we had paid extra for a larger room, but as the week went on we got used to it. The parking garage is a bit tricky, but we always found a space for our car. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay in The Hague. "

"We loved the proximity to the ocean and the town center, the parking and the tea/ coffee/ drinks available. We noticed that some staff and clients wore masks and some didn't. Nothing was said to those not wearing them. This was disappointing."

The construction was very noisy first thing in the morning by 7am. We really enjoyed the restaurant facilities and appreciate the birthday wishes for our friend our last evening in the dining room. "This is a great place to stay! There is a very good restaurant on the grounds, a heated indoor pool, playgrounds and you get your own “tiny home” with a small patio. We could park right in front of our home. It’s a 10 min drive to the Noordwjik Beach, 45 min to Rotterdam Zoo, 30 min to Leiden, 35 min to The Hague. This is the place to stay if you want something different from a hotel room but more than an AirBnB. The staff all spoke English. We loved the bread man coming every morning and so did...
