Unfortunately access from car park to hotel is poor, and very difficult to carry cases and bags up the stairs as there is no lift."

"Staffs were very friendly and polite. Ask for anything and it will arrive in minutes! The ground is absolutely beautiful and you can take a stroll to relax anywhere. Highly recommended. Just a note that the wifi is not the best and can use some upgrades."
"Beautiful and very spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. King bed and bunk beds in separate bedrooms. Bathroom has bath and separate shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely time and would come back. It’s convenient for the Cotswolds, Bath, Bristol and lovely countryside and villages nearby, and not far from the M4 - though it’s in a quiet little village. The pub itself is lovely too. "
"We loved our stay! The farmhouse was so quaint and vintage and was just what we were looking for. The staff/owner was lovely, pleasant and accommodating. The classic English breakfast was delicious, especially with the recently made homemade jam. Our only issue was gps routing us in a wrong direction and not realizing the entrance was through the gate that was closed. The online map said it was .9 of a mile from the city center of Castle Combe, which is true if you walk it. That turned out not to be a big deal. We also really enjoyed ales and dinner at the Salutation Inn just up the road."
"Booked twin bedded room. Allocated room 35. Room had recently been refurbished. Excellent. Despite a wedding being held there it was quiet and restful. Self service cooked breakfast in morning was very good and staff were constantly on hand to top up on anything. Good choice of different foods. Would stay again in room 35 and any other refurbished rooms. Cannot judge any other rooms. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Just off the M4 is an excellent location for visiting Bath via Bath's No. 31 bus Lansdown Park and Ride facility."
"Outstanding pub! Well appointed rooms, tasteful and charming decor. We stayed here while walking the Cotswold Way. We had lunch in town before checking in and chatted with locals in the area. Each time we said we had reservations at The Crown the response would be ‘oh, great pub!’, or ‘delicious food’, or ‘oh, that’s a proper pub’. The Crown lived up to it all! Kate was a wonderful host and took care of all our needs setting us up with a trail lunch and everything. Our dinner was incredibly delicious as well. We couldn’t have been more pleased!"

"We stayed here for a family wedding in Bath. There were 13 staying in total over the weekend aged 8-72. It was a perfect house with everything we could have needed. The swimmjng pool was an added bonus and the grounds were incredible. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever going back to Bath. "
