The staff were extremely helpful prior to our arrival and all the way to when we checked in. They booked us a taxi from the airport that took us to the hotel entrance (ubers etc can’t do the same) and prepared our room hours before check in as they knew what time my plane was landing. Just excellent. The rooms are lovely, the hotel in general is very clean and well kept. Very central location to everything, I recommend staying here

The room was quote narrow and frankly quite uncomfortable to move around and there was no space to place the suitcase. It was hard to move around without hitting a furniture. It was room 101. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was a small selection of cheese, some ham and eggs but nothing extraordinary and if you came after 10.15 lots of things would be finished which was not great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was in excellent decorative order and spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is fantastic, right in the old town, surrounded by beautiful historic winding streets and within easy reach of all the main attractions, onere of bars and restaurants nearby as well. It was also very convenient to get to, just a pleasant 15 minute walk from the nearest metro station (Colon). Although we didn’t originally include breakfast in our booking, we decided to try it on our last morning, and we’re so glad we did. The selection was excellent and a perfect way to end our stay. Overall, a highly enjoyable experience and we would definitely recommend it.

The property is located in the perfect location for shopping, dining and visiting historic places. We felt very safe and loved being in this central location. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our daily buffet breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We will stay there again whenever we visit Valencia.

The reception staff were awesome and we loved our stay. The only not-positive feedback is that the person who served breakfast seemed grumpy and put out when asking for coffee etc., but it was quite comical and it made us laugh each morning...

This place was unbelievable. The location could not have been better, and the staff was incredibly helpful in assisting with great recommendations on where to go and how to get there. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and we travel quite a lot. Cannot convey how great this place was.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel in Valencia. The location is excellent, right in the historic center, which makes it easy to walk to most attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the sound insulation of the room. Because it faces the street, noise from outside could be heard quite clearly at night, which sometimes made it harder to sleep. Aside from that, the overall experience was very positive and I would still recommend the hotel for its location and service.
